Mental Wellness Journey

A 4 month coaching journey designed to help you understand and navigate your triggers. You'll learn how to ride the emotional wave and get back to calm more effectively. There is no magic formula to avoid getting triggered ever again. That doesn't exist. We are all human, and getting triggered is normal, however, after this 4 month journey, you will be able to identify the root cause of your triggers, and also how to move forward what you are in your triggers.

This journey will help you find your way to more self-compassion and inner peace.

Who is this for?

This coaching journey can be a perfect fit for you if you struggle with one or more of the following:

  • Feeling that life has become very heavy and/or overwhelming

  • Having a short temper and feeling guilty after snapping at your loved ones

  • You randomly feel anxious, sad, or angry all of a sudden after feeling good and you don't understand why

  • You keep falling into toxic relationships, patterns, or feel like you attract toxic people in your life

  • If you feel stuck in life, having goals, however, not being able to maintain habits to reach your goals

  • Feel like you are constantly beating yourself up, being too hard on yourself

  • If you want to learn to understand yourself and your feelings better

  • Feel like you are struggling to stay happy

In the 4 months you will learn:

  • How to identify and tackle the sources of your triggers, so that when you get triggered, it is less intense each time, it shows up less often, and when you get triggered it will be much shorter

  • How to breathe through your triggers instead of acting in an emotional state, which normally leads to regret

  • By understanding why you get triggered, you will also learn how to be less hard on yourself

  • How to set goals in a trauma-informed way to avoid procrastination and feeling stuck

  • How to put yourself first and set healthy boundaries 

  • and much more

Individual Coaching

Total sessions: 16 
Available online or in person

Sessions will be once a week during a four-month period.

Structure: three weeks informative classes with tools and exercises, final week of the month will be focussed on identifying the source of a trigger.

Price options: 
- 4 monthly payments of €250

- One time payment of €925

Group Coaching

Total sessions: 16

Available online or in person

Sessions will be once a week during a four-month period.

Structure is the same as individual coaching, however, if you choose to go through the journey with a friend or a group of friends, each person pays less for the sessions.

Price:

- 4 monthly payments of €150 per person

Need help tracing back a source of a trigger or in need of a little extra support? This option is completely adapted to the client's needs.
