Belleâme's "Why"

Before Belleâme With Love was officially launched, all the services started with the intention of helping people feel better. I wanted to achieve this by teaching as many helpful tools as possible to avoid people suffering any more than they need to, because of lack of understanding of how the body and nervous system works.

Reason I became a coach:

So that everyone I come across can feel the love, joy and peace they deserve.

Mission

To spread love, healing and growth through compassionate coaching services, helpful tools and transformative workshops. Provide warm-hearted support to help clients overcome challenges, get to know themselves better and embrace a brighter, more purposeful life while reaching inner peace.

Love

Love is the foundation of all my provided services. Every individual is approached with compassion, kindness and care. In these courses and coaching services, love shows up as a genuine concern for each clients’ well-being, providing support and encouragement as each navigates their personal journeys towards healing and growth.

Gratitude

When we see the world through the lens of trauma, the world may seem small and dark. It’s only when we acknowledge our wounds and start to heal, that we start to see the world around us is as big, bright and full of opportunities. Here you will find many helpful tools to help you feel more appreciation for the present moments, and for the past that helped shape you in the person you are and the person you were always destined to become.

Healing

Healing is at the foundation of our mission. You will be guided through a process of self-discovery, self-care and transformation. No matter which service you choose, the main focus is supporting you every step of the way as you discover and heal from past wounds/traumas, overcome challenges, and cultivate inner peace.

Acceptance

We have all fallen victim to the inner critic that’s living in our head. Even though we try not to listen to it, unconsciously we become too hard on ourselves. In each of these services you will find different techniques to accept yourself as you are, giving yourself the credit you deserve for how far you’ve come despite all that you have been through. Once you accept yourself more and more you will learn to have more patience and compassion for yourself and others around you, which will ultimately lead to: inner peace.

Letting Go

Learning to let go of what is longer no serving us, is much easier said than done. The aim is to your support every step of the way, whether you are letting go of past wounds/traumas, limiting beliefs or unhealthy patterns. It’s a process that doesn’t happen overnight. I will be there to remind you every step of the way to be kind to yourself because you are doing a good job.
